Silver Leaf Vineyard & Winery

Small-Batch Estate Winery

About Silver Leaf Vineyard & Winery

Silver Leaf Vineyard & Winery offers one of the more intimate and artistically minded tasting experiences on Leelanau Peninsula — a small-batch estate operation where local artwork lines the tasting room walls and every bottle is hand-filled, reflecting a commitment to craft that extends well beyond the wine itself.

The estate wines are made in small quantities from fruit grown on the property, with the Chardonnay and Cab Franc representing the winery's finest achievements. The Cherry Wine — made from Michigan tart cherries — connects Silver Leaf to the deep agricultural heritage of a peninsula where cherry farming predates viticulture by decades.

The property also maintains hiking and snowshoe trails through the estate, making Silver Leaf one of the few genuine four-season destinations on the Leelanau wine trail. Winter visits here, with trails through snow-covered vines, are particularly memorable.
